Return and refund policy:

All purchases can be returned within 21 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as received.  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an order processing error.   (I.e. wrong size or wrong color.)  

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at help@theprofessorcue.com with your name, contact information, order number and reason for return. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 days of receiving the returned item.  Please note, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to show on your credit card account.
